Includes simple fitness, nutrition, accountability and mind set coaching in a private Facebook group. All with manageable daily tasks that you can fit around  a busy schedule.

Nice to "meet" you. Over the last 8 years I've helped hundreds of people to reach their goals in the fitness world. I noticed early on that most people are just looking to lose a bit of weight and settle in to that elusive health and fitness lifestyle. This course is designed off  the back of these experiences. I've organised the 5 days into easy to follow tasks for people that want to make changes in their lives for the better!

Here's How it Works!

Each day will have a couple of simple tasks to follow, designed to help you create good habits. Plus we'll be doing a live chat in the evening on different topics that will build your knowledge on how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle!

Day 1 - Nutrition

Like the saying goes, 'you can't outrun a bad diet. We'll talk about the basics of nutrition and calorie counting.

Day 2 - Move

Being more active in your day to day life. How you can maximise your movement throughout the day. This is one of the biggest challenges facing people with a sedentary job

Day 3 - Training

Training and its effect on the body. with tips on short and sweet workouts that can be done anywhere

Day 4 - Creating Habits 

Creating good habits and prioritising what's most important to you!

Day 5 - Planning 

How to plan and manage your time to get the most out of the day! This can be really difficult for people but I have a few strategies to help you moving forward
